The shower and beds are great, we have shower problem at the first day, it was fixed as we asked changing room. it was a bit hard to get a late check out however at the end we got 1h. The location is also great.

Face the ocean , just amazing just miss understood the dates, then i feel like i paid a extra day The reception i went to pay with my cc the refuse me and then i spend last night in another place and they charge me anyway and then i paid everything but with the felling they took advantage of me Gill

The staff is amazing and very helpful. The rooftop terrace with a pool features an excellent view of the sea.

The service provided by the staff was excellent, I would highlight two: Jaillton and Ricler. The breakfast is very good and very diverse. The view of the sea is beautiful.

Laguna has amazing staff. I have stayed at a couple of hotels in João Pessoa. I have not seen such amazing staff. They are very friendly and helpful. Location of Laguna Hotel is also very ideal. It's right in the middle of the beach.

The staff at the hotel was very friendly and eager to help. One waitress at breakfast, Andrea, was especially friendly and helpful and made our mornings special. The breakfast buffet itself was incredible. The hotel arranged a tour of Olinda for us. And a ride to the airport when we checked out. The location, right across from the beach was great, too.

Location is the best. Pretty good breakfast. Room was simple, but for the price we paid it was excellent. Staff in general was very courteous.
